The above Pressure Vessel is among one of the pressure vessels, supplied to M/s IOCL-Panipat for their Naphtha Cracker Project under stage wise inspection of M/s TUV/ EIL. The Nozzle Loading calculation was carried out as per WRC-107 & 297 Wind Seismic Load analysis as per IS1983 and IS 817 under IBR/ EIL.

This pressure vessel is over sized Dimension having total height about 21 feet, which was manufactured for IOCL, Panipat for their Naphtha Cracker Project under stage wise inspection of M/s TUV/ EIL and was designed as per ASME Sect. VIII, Div. 1, with Nozzle Loading as per WRC-107 & 297.

This picture shows the Hemispherical dish end manufactured from 25mm Thk SA 516 Gr.70 material in 7 pieces and assembled to the perfect shape by Aero Engineers. The Inspection was carried out by M/s Engineers India Ltd. for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Mathura Refinery Project.

The Equipment shown weighing 15 M.T. Mfd from 20mm Thk Shell and 25mm Thk dish end having dimensions 2800 mm dia X 10,000mm long, with hemispherical crown & pattern dish end as per ASME Sect. VIII Div-I, with 100% Radiography has been manufactured by Aero Engineers. The Inspection was carried out by M/s Engineers India Ltd. for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Mathura Refinery Project.
